Good content except for videos
App includes the characters for each pattern, step by step directions for each pattern, and the diagrams with definitions for each pattern. Both the step by step and diagrams can be found on TKD sites, saved and/or printed out but having them all in one place tabbed out is nice.
The videos are good in that the demonstrator moves slow so you can catch the nuances of each progression. Unfortunately he doesnt take advantage of the pace to demonstrate good prep techniques in between the various moves and his stances are terrible. A back stance should look like a back stance, a front stance should look like a front stance, etc. They are good reviews upper body positioning but dont look at the feet!
